"The hotel is right above the central station so connections are easy to anywhere in the city. The hotel is clean and the staff are kind. High traffic at breakfast (weekend) but I got my coffee. The rooms are clean, which is most important for me."

"Vi fick ett fräscht och trevligt rum i den nya delen av hotellet. Lite tråkigt dock att det låg på första våningen med fönstret mot en mur/husvägg. Personalen i receptionen var ojämn och våra nyckelkort strulade flera gånger. Det så kallade gymmet är ett väldigt litet träningsrum med två löpband (varav ett var trasigt), en bänk och en uppsättning hantlar. Funkar för max 2-3 personer samtidigt. Spadelen är lugn och trevlig med liten varm pool, ångbastu, vanlig bastu samt kallbad. Litet gemensamt omklädningsrum. Frukosten var en ganska standard frukostbuffé som hade tjänat på mer personal som dukade av borden."

"Hotel in a central location - very close to the bus and train station. Absolutely amazing breakfast which included omelettes, pancakes. Everything that you could think of. Very busy hotel which held outside events but where we stayed on the 11th floor very quiet. Why we didn't give it 5 stars - we were there for 3 nights of which 1 morning our room wasn't cleaned until after 3pm, despite the cleaning staff being outside our room at 9.30am and another morning wasn't cleaned at all! Had to go down to reception to get fresh towels and I was questioned did I leave the sign out for no cleaning. No I didn't! Might be an idea to change your sign to say your guests want the rooms cleaned and there wouldn't be any confusion."

"the room was small but very pretty. The staff were amazing. they all are very kind and friendly. Breakfast very good, plenty of food ..I just would like to see brioche with Cinnamon. The room was very clean. There is no much around ..in terms of shops and restaurants. the most of them are closing very early. Apart that she bus stops are very close and the Bar/ reception is always open. I suggested this hotel"
