"Booked Chessington Resort Hotel as we wanted an overnight stay with grandchildren. We found the staff helpful and friendly, the room quirky and well laid out (it was tiger themed), the pool area clean, and lots of choices for the buffet breakfast. Ideal - thank you!"

"This was our sixth visit to Oatlands Park and it didn't disappoint. We were upgraded to a Feature room, which was fabulous. The staff here are always lovely, from Reception, to the Bar, to the Restaurant, to Housekeeping - can't be faulted. On this visit we felt like we were the guests from hell, as we had to go to Reception four times to ask for assistance with various things but on every occasion the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive.
