"Beautiful location and property very nice but can't believe there is no lift / elevator in the building.
Disappointing breakfast offering. Two breakfast buffet offerings advertised, continental £12.95 and hot £16.95 but on the first day there was no hot buffet. Hot food was ordered a la carte from the kitchen (plated) and price remained £16.95 regardless of what was ordered. Surely pricing should have been adjusted. Overall a very pleasant stay but if you're a senior or someone with disabilities...

"Amazingly quaint location views and steps from a subdued river Thames. Convenient location short Uber to either Windsor or King HenryVIII Hampton palace. Straight into London Waterloo station. Mason and Judy thoroughly thoughtful and kind. English family town. Loved our stay"

"From arrival to departure everything was perfect. Reception were great, checkin was smooth, we parked in the hotel multi storey, the rooms were lovely and comfortable especially the bed. We had a delicious breakfast. Will definitely use again."

"Its a lovely hotel. Great location. Our room 31 was a little noisy as it had a connecting door with the room next to it and we could hear the other occupants.
Food was very good and a wide choice same for breakfast menu.
There was only one person on reception and the bar both in the evening and morning so service was a bit slow. Very friendly staff."
