"Das Personal war sehr freundlich, allerdings sind die Räumlichkeiten und die Möbel leider veraltet und teilweise an den Türen verfault. Es roch auch danach. Ausserdem konnten wir am letzten Tag nicht duschen, es kam nur schmutziges Wasser raus. Sonst OK."

"We were disappointed overall, and do not feel this property lived up to the Ritz Carlton brand. It is a large property, well maintained, with spacious rooms, but we didn’t feel there was anything unique in the style of the buildings…..it didn’t feel like an authentic Thai experience. The lobby and restaurants are not air conditioned, and it was hot with lots of mosquitoes. The breakfast buffet was great, but our dinners were mediocre and we had to fight the bugs and could not enjoy our meals. ...

"The buggy system was cumbersome and inconsistent. Don’t think it was a personnel issues but just the system. Could be 2-20 mins different so was hard to plan when they would come. North was very good to us the entire trip! Bill was excellent with customer service the entire time. Khim was excellent at the pool and the tour to the islands."

"Great family resort in perfect location. We stayed in the family room with 9mth old and 2.5yo, room was spacious and perfect for us given you could close off the kids room. Resort is a great size and caters well to everyone. Kids playroom was handy and the multiple pools were well used. Food at the resort was great, there are also plenty of options outside but we didnt need to use it much given the variety and quality of the food within the resort. Would definitely stay there again."

"Some construction ongoing which we would have appreciated being informed about, however the staff more than made up for this with their excellent and very professional service. The facilities are excellent, spa is fantastic and the location is brilliant. Special mention to the staff at the level who could never do enough for us and somehow remembered our names on each visit. Can’t wait to return! Paul and Brendan"
