"The room had bed bug blood all over the protector pads & the covers, on the box springs & on the mattress pad it was full of every human hair that ever stayed there. They said they would go on and correct the issue but only changed the top cover so I recorded and sent it to them and they only offered more sheets. How was that going to help.
