"Great place in the perfect River Run location. Highly recommend if you are looking for a convenient, fun, and private place to stay in the heart of Keystone. Room to spread out, a good kitchen set up, and close to everything. We have stayed here twice in July and can get pretty warm in the summer months. There is no AC and it would be great if there was a fan in the room. We ran to Lowes in Silverthorn to pick one up and were good to go once we got the air moving. "

"This was a condo rental at the base of the Keystone ski area. The condo was clean and comfortable and the WiFi was better than many big hotel chains (Hilton comes immediately to mind). However, I encountered the following significant problems: 1) On a Sunday PM I traveled to the location on Highway 6 provided on the Hotels.com invoice with no Bighorn office or condo at location. "The resort has so much to see and do - we only stayed one night regrettably so missed a lot. The room was lovely and spacious with everything you could need. My only issue was finding my condo; the place is a maze and check in had an excellent map that they don't photocopy and share so try to take a photo. Google maps helped us find our area eventually and we enjoyed rhe stay."

"The condo was perfect and in excellent condition. We come to Keystone each year and plan to return. More large buildings are being built and the number of guests will certainly increase and has increased. The property grounds need maintained and you may consider making improvements to the pool - making in a larger amenity and easier to access for all buildings"
