"We like older hotels with eccentric nostalgia . The bed was comfortable, we liked no TV, the old pictures, the stairs and creaking hall way. The view from the restaurant was outstanding as the breakfast sandwich. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again. If you want a pool and weight room etc go to Denver."

"We loved our stay in this hotel. It was much cheaper than the other hotels around but we were very happy that we chose to stay there. It’s owned by a polish family. It’s very clean. I love its original decor. Delicious coffee and continental breakfast in the morning. Very clean pool and hot tub. Staff was helpful and nice. Perfect for us. We will definitely come back to that location as soon as we are in the area again."

"It was the worst experience I ever had! If you like staying in a closet then you'll love this property. I blame Expedia for not fully being transparent. My closets at my home are bigger than what this room was! It's like I was staying at a big communal property LOL! No TV in the room, no desk, no lamp, which again Expedia when I looked at the room online it didn't state any of these things which you assume you check into stay at a motel or a hotel if they would have these conveniences and or...

"Its quite rare to find this hidden gem hotel which is slightly secluded from hustle bustle of tourist area but at the same time easy to reach if needed. This town and the hotel has all the amazing views of the mountain with iconic green bridge. The room was very clean with all the amenities you might need for your stay, and very knowledgeable front desk staff. "The folks are in the process of doing some upgrading. All rooms got new mattresses while we were there. The staff just could not be any nicer. Breakfast was good for us. It was quiet and served us well for the 3 nights we were there"

"As historical hotels go, the Delaware was unique. We found the floors were very uneven, and the stairway was extremely steep. An elevator would be nice. The carpet in the bedroom bedroom was a little worn and we found a few rocks on the floor. Parking was relatively convenient. Overall good but needs work. The staff was excellent."

"Mold in room , would not stay another night. Soon as we were gone 2 hours we were breathing better. Everything was dirty . Urine on the walls . Sink did not drain properly. The floor was buckling everywhere. The outlet in bathroom was falling out. There was mold all over the ceiling and all around soap holder in bathroom. So much more . Place is nasty!!"
