"The place is in a beautiful spot but totally run down. The staff does not care about the guests and will do nothing to help. No coffee until like 7:45 if you’re lucky. "Not all Hilton brands are equal.I'm used to Hilton Garden Inn. This Tru brand is more of an average Best Western. No coffee makers in room. Breakfasts were ho-hum to blahs especially scrambled eggs and meats. Staff kept TV in main lounge on Spanish speaking channels. This is in New Jersey. Obviously this was meant to entertain the staff, not the guests. Air conditioner was noisy. 1st room they put me in was a connecting room, where the loudly arguing couple on other side of door was unbearable....

"Great hotel in my local town. Always clean and nice and quiet. The staff are amazing. A female and a male who are both as nice as can be. 10/10 stay every time."

"The pool not only didn’t have towels EVER… the lights are not on at night! It’s pitch black. When we asked for the lights to be turned on we were met with a nasty attitude from the staff. When we asked for towels for the pool they said to check the storage containers near the pool… the only thing in the container was spider webs and nasty other bugs! It’s a good thing no one hurt themselves in the dark parking lot pool!"

"The front hotel staff was completely rude and told us we had to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND the hotel to get to the casino when there was a hallway connecting the 2. My mom had to walk down a hill because he was rude and didn’t even tell us where to go or what direction our room was. I won’t be going back."

"The room was lovely. The hotel is beautiful. We had a room in the actual building not in one of the outbuilding/cabins unfortunately because we were there just at the opening of season. The restaurant and bar were not up yet. Travel to other restaurants is good 10 to 15 minutes or longer. The pool was not open yet of course but during season, I’m sure it’s lovely and the staff was kind and very attentive."
