"Reception were not on top of things. I made a booking of two rooms and used my credit card as a guarantee. I informed the lady at the reception that only one room should be booked on my card and so did my colleague. However, they still charged both rooms to my credit card! "

"The young receptionist/bar person (I didn’t get her name but she is slim with dark hair and a tattoo on her upper body) was extremely accommodating and so helpful. I had a lot of work to do in my room but needed to have a meal. I asked if I could eat my meal in my room, so ordered it and began to wait.
