Was not notified that room service was unavailable at check-in despite being told earlier that it would be due to restaurant and bar closures due to covid. Was only given our room number and directions on check in so it felt rushed and missed helpful information for us. Felt automated and impersonal but then it is a business focussed hotel. The carpet had multiple stains covering it which was rather unsightly but other than that the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was the best part despite its small size. The shower was powerful and the room was bright and well lit. Very modern and inviting. Plenty of towels provided and extra pillows for the bed too. Parking was available on site and the location was very central. Overall, for a quick stop over it does the job but the hotel and staff need a bit more love and care. Probably won’t stay again.

Everything is an extra.
Pay extra for parking. No shampoo or shower gel. No yea or coffee. And yet not the cheapest in the area either. A bit of a rip off foe what you get compared to other hotels near by.
