"Very peaceful, beautifully converted farm buildings. Excellent breakfast.
Not a complaint as such but quilt and pillows a bit lumpy, perhsps need replacing "
"Comfortable stay at this quirky pub. Rooms comfortable but need updating. Lovely meal when we arrived early evening and a good breakfast was served. Definitely worth a visit "
"A lovely stay and great location for exploring Suffolk. Comfortable, well equipped cottage on lovely grounds with lake, games room (which our kids loved) and goslings."
"Property was nice enough, location good and the pub opposite was lovely.
The company that run the property though are terrible. Sykes Cottages trying to scam us out of money for property damage that is unreasonable and without evidence.
They send a message via their website that has no way of responding to except for Whatsapp. But no one monitors or replies via whatsapp. "

Beautiful little town. Had never visited before but looking forward to a re-visit. The town centre is stunning and full of quirky little shops, and the quayside is lovely and full of history.

"We really enjoyed our trip to Dunston Hall and our only regret is that we couldn't stay for longer! We were really impressed with the size of the swimming pool and the fact that there was a separate section for lane swimming. The breakfast was really nice, with a great choice and it was lovely to have a big bed to sleep in! "
"A quiet location on the outskirts of Lowestoft where you will receive a personal welcome, good service and a comfortable, spacious and well prepared room….what’s not to like. Oh, the food is pretty good and reasonably priced too."
"Our stay was a last minute decision and we were luckily to get a room for too nights. We also had our little dog with us. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts was lovey and had a good choice. They even gave our dog a sausage, which he enjoyed.
The room was small but clean and tidy. The only draw back is that the room was on the top floor, with a lot of stairs to climb. It seemed extra long in the night when the god needed to go to the toilet. But we managed and it was fine."
"Great hotel: nice and very clean room. Good parking facilities. Excellent breakfast: full English Breakfast (buffet) and various fruit, bread, etc. Nice Health Club with excellent swimming pool."
"I was working in the area and needed somewhere with a gym and pool. Found this gem and I wasn't disappointed.
The gym was great for a hotel and the pool area was amazing.
Everything here that was needed, the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The restaurant and food were superb and again the staff were great.
Couldn't fault this place for a first visit.
I will return."
