"The furniture and fittings were the cheapest possible with no towel rails to hang towels or drawers to put things in.
The check in was extremely slow and on leaving they tried to charge me for a breakfast I had already paid for.
No de-caff tea available on evenings.
Staff were generally friendly.
Expedia did not give the room and breakfast I clicked on on the website. Expedia experience was terrible - will never use them again."

"We only spent one night but loved the hotel. The location is great. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops a few minutes walk away and a beautiful park opposite. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Lots of seating in the lounge. On arrival by car, you hand over your key and your car is parked and luggage delivered to your room which is a nice touch. Would highly recommend"

"Checked into my room, honestly could not believe the room I was given when I walked in. Very outdated and dusty, lots of webs and spiders in corners of ceiling with a damp musty smell every time you walk in. Peeled walls in corners from dampness. Bathroom was quite nice and clean but very low pressure water in the shower. Spa facilities were quite pleasant and enjoyable, although the changing rooms could be cleaned thoroughly. "On arrival receptionist very helpful.
Dinner v.good young waiter was extremely busy but nothing was too much trouble for him with anyone. Bed a little soft but v. clean
Tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast next morning very good lots of choices.
Would recommend very good value for money."
