"Nice clean rooms , spacious, no hairdryer or Aircon in the rooms and it was hot , did get a fan from the reception staff who where helpful, breakfast was nice , no vegan options,did ask for vegan yoghurt and they didn't have any . Overall would stay again . £10 a day to park Ur car though which I thought was expensive,"

"We had a room with double and single bed. It was very clean - couldn't fault that. I felt it was in a rather run down and ugly location - wouldn't ever return to that area of Sheffield. The view from our window was terrible - made area look derelict. So many things in the room were dated and chipped, including paintwork and had seen better days. The aircon simply did not work despite three of us trying. Fortunately, the window opened, though even with it open, the room remained very stuffy...

"The hotel is looking a bit tired and in need of an update. The room was fine...no safe, furniture a bit tatty and some black mould around the bath/shower. Only 1 dressing robe and slippers in the room, although booked as a couple. Room service was a bit random. The sandwiche that arrived was not great, with a tired piece of lettuce, 2 small tomatoes and some tortilla chips. Breakfast was again fine but nothing to write home about. "This hotel really did represent value for money on a weekend where the city was busy due to a famous comedian performing. The hotel is central and only a five minute walk from the train station. Staff helpful, communal spaces lovely for a drink in the evening. Room was roomy shower powerful with lovely toiletries provided - only one bath towel provided for 2 of us but that will have been an oversight and guess what we coped.
