"i just felt the outside of the property was dirty and not well kept.. even the elevators were dirty rooms were not bad but it just looked and felt dirty"

"It was very crowded on Saturday so it made the property: like pool areas, a little bit dirty than I expected. Overall was good though, I got to enjoy the pools and beach more on Sunday and the coffee and breakfast from the cafe was yummy. "

"There was a lack of staff. The restaurants on property were closed or limited due to staffing. Trying to use an elevator was awful. It took a long time to get to your floor or over crowding on them due to the time it took. Walls are so thin you could hear your neighbors or the floor above you. The room smelled like mildew."

"The resort is beautiful! I loved being right on the beach, and all the pools being heated was a huge plus. Unfortunately, the check-in process was extremely frustrating, especially considering the cost of the stay. Early check-in isn’t allowed before 4 PM, and even after arriving early and waiting for hours, our two-bedroom villa still wasn’t ready. That really took away from the day."

"Beach view was cool, balcony was tiny, could only stand on it. Was like maybe 18” in depth so you could just stand. Tiki hut is directly informs of you and their exhaust vents are right in front of you so your gonna smell the food and hear the fans standing on the balcony. The door to room is out of plumb and had to slam it shut and yank it open. But location is good, Tiki hut was actually awesome with perfect service and bands. Parking is little wild. "The room has a straight smell. The room and bathroom look old and definitely need update. We were not expected to have freezing cold hard boiled egg for breakfast. Waffle batter was constantly not working or out. No breakfast meats. Check in and out staff were nice. Parking was simple. Walkable distance to Myrtle beach without having to pay for parking. "
