"Excellent rooms, decent food and amenities "

"This was my favorite stay in all of Colombia. From the start, I was impressed. There’s a security gate entrance and a welcoming reception. The staff went above and beyond to assist with Tuk Tuk transportation to/from Palomino (Jose is the best!), and they assisted with booking us excursions with the best guides. "Este establecimiento nunca tuvo mi reserva de expedia, encima seguía ofreciendo disponibilidad en expedia cuabdo realmente no tenia espacios. Por últimos no me brindo ninguna solución sólo atinaron a decirme que ya estaba reservado todo y no tenian mi reserva. Pase un mal rato porque el hotel esta bien retirado y ni siquiera me brindaron una alternativa. Deberia retirarse de expedia sino pretenden respetar las reservas es mas nunca me llamaron."

"Without a doubt, it's the best hotel in San Pedro de Atacama. This is the second time we've stayed there, and it's well worth it. If you're looking for comfort and exclusivity, Nayara is the best option."

"Beautiful place!! Nice location in Urubamba! Very comfortable rooms! I will surely come back!!!"

"I had a really good stay and although it was for just a day Mike and Mara were very helpful and gave me useful suggestions on things to do in the limited time I had. The place was very charming, quiet and inviting in an old world sort of way and is great little get away hidden away at the foothills of the Andes. "

"Nice resort with an amazing view!!!"

"We lived our experience at Atacama Loft, staff was wonderful & available any time we needed assistance. The property is a 20 minute walk from the town center, but we loved having the Mountain Views & enjoyed our walks & riding the bikes into town. We will definitely be back!"
