"This property has really hone downhill since we we were here last year. Broken stasher, broken ice machine, broken pancake maker. Still broken 3 days later.
Front desk staff kept making excuses. Housekeeping & kitchen staff were excellent. They made the stay
Having been loyal customers for at least 25 years not sure we will stay here again"

"Stayed at Hotel Olea for a night and it was such a peaceful, well-designed landscape. The boutique feel really comes through, everything feels intentional, from the cute decor to the quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. Our room was equipped with a fireplace which was welcoming in this cold weather. Service was friendly. Star was working the front desk and she was very personable and very helpful, which I appreciated. We enjoyed the their artisan breakfast the morning...
