I can say the hotel staff is friendly and helpful, location are good, not far to lee garden or morning market. The staff are frendly and helpful. The lift are not up to standard and takes some time to arrive. Operation of lift not that efficent

Spacious room and big beds. Though it is not carpeted they provide us with appropriate slippers.

Not very Happy as I used the Hotel.com to book and pay fees thru online but when I reach to check the staff took long time to check for booking and asking its alsready pay or not even I show my online receipt. Stayed in the updated "C" wing. Very comfortable room. Sadly we got a room with adjoining door and had very noisy neighbours (part of tour group).
