"Clean room, staff helpful"

"Great place to stay. Very comfortable room and AC. Staff are a gold standard 10/10. Near faultless. A little bit of rust from metal beams around the pool, but I assume it was structurally safe. And would be easier if pool towels were supplied by the pool, rather than in the room."

"Beautiful room"

"Location was central to shops and eateries. Staff was helpful. Pool was closed for several days."

"Great to stay here "

"Really nice, modern hotel, very convenient for exploring the city. Room was good, other reviews mention the glass toilet and shower doors from the bedroom but this was of no concern to us. We enjoyed the complimentary dried fruit snacks each day and the ability to store our luggage before check-in and after check out."

"It was a good property to stay at, good staff, good breakfast."

"Ok hotel. Limited choices in the city."

"The best "

"Enjoyed my stay, lively neighborhood. Pleasant and kind staffs. "

"Nice and quaint place downtown. Owner and staff friendly and very accommodating as you frequent during your stay in Hat Yai. Clean rooms; and it’s centrally located in a place you can go do all you need within a couple of blocks or less."

"Great location "

"Excellent location, friendly staff."

"Great hotel! Clean and comfortable room. Nice gym and pool. Helpful and friendly staff. Good location with plenty of great food. Definitely will book here on my next trip. "

"Hotel is a little run down but had a very pleasant stay and will certainly stay here again."

"Hotel is very clean and the air-conditioning is good. Very near Kim Yong Market and plentiful of things to eat."

"Ya, best location "

"Good breakfast"

"THE GREAT HOTEL (2nd stay) Still one of our fav hotel in Hatyai. Very worth the money. All front offices are friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. [Deserves 5 star service] ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟 The rooms are well prepared and super clean. The place itself overall is gorgeous. Again, we will come back to the same hotel in the near future!! SEE YOU AGAIN❤️"
