"Check in time is 2.00pm but was delayed due to room cleaning. Maybe while waiting for the room to be ready, the hotel can prepare some welcome drink and snacks. That would improve the service level. "

"The staff was very kind and professional. There was so much that stood out as excellent. check in was fast. I was surprised at a few simple points for all the big amazing presentation.
