Great hotel. It is near Chinatown Hatyai. We grab some breakfast there. Otherwise you will have to take a grab or tuktuk to Lee Garden or Kim Yong market. Hotel is very clean and friendly staffs.

Positives and negatives

I recently stayed at S Hadyai hotel and had a mixed experience. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making check-in a breeze. The hotel's location was convenient, close to many things. However, I found the noise level from events being hosted in the hotel to be quite disruptive, which affected my sleep quality 3 out of the 9 nights. Additionally, there were some maintenance issues such as a hanging air conditioning vent in the room and creeking elevators around floor 5, which detracted from the overall comfort of the stay.additionally the carpets appeared to be stained in the hallways dispite the cleaners attempts of scrubbing the hallways. The cleaning service was great until one of the last nights where i did have to request the cleaner to clean my room as they had not completed that by 4pm and then only half cleaning cleaning the room that night without taking the rubbish or providing the water bottles or toilet paper on that 1 instance. Overall, while the staff were great and the location was ideal, the noise and maintenance issues left something to be desired.

Clean Hotel with great service staffs

It is a relatively hotel and lots of the facilities are not ready. Booked the hotel because of the sauna and the swimming pool but not yet complete for operations, so was the cafe and gym. Breakfast was offered a tetra pack of drink and a sandwich or cake. If you drive, location is not a problem at all, otherwise just a couple of hundred meters from the town centre. The only up side was the great services and charming staffs as well as the bellman!

The drainage in the bathroom was absolutely stinking! Told staff and they said they would look into it but it didn’t change. Air con also didn’t work room was at 28c all throughout the day and night. Unbearable and someone came to look at it and said lowest it can be is 22c but once set the room was still 28c. Staff weren’t helpful.

Parking is fantastic, Hotel lobby is nice, pool and gym look fantastic also, staff need to give better friendlier service, Room is very nice and modern and nice big tv, breakfast has everything you will need but nothing fancy, just the basics, but good quality and enough.

Ho soggiornato 1 notte in transito da Bangkokg a Koh Lipe. L'hotel è ricercato, piacevole. Il personale di servizio molto cordiale e disponibile: ho chiesto un tuc tuc, informazioni su alcune cose da vedere e sono stati precisi e puntuali. Hotel pulito e confortevole. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto favorevole. Gli unici appunti marginali sono: vista l'attenzione elevata al design saltano agli occhi alcune piastrelle sbeccate in bagno e alcune sbavature di finitura; la colazione è disponibile in un locale esterno a fianco dell'hotel e (come quasi ovunque accade in Thailandia) non è di tipo europeo. Complessivamente un'ottima sistemazione

One of the nice hotel in Hatyai with swimming pool and gym room. Gym room is good. Opposite has a convenient store ( 7 eleven) Surrounding nothing much on eatery / massage / mani pedi saloon.

I would not book this resort again

Staff overall very unfriendly, not helpfull except for Maria at the restaurant. Room only cleaned late afternoon, and we had to phone the reception 4 times to get a bucket with ice. We mentioned that the airco in the master bedroom was not working on the first day and nothing was done about this.

Environment of the hotel OK. Modern and friendly atmosphere. But the minor details such as breakfast, sound proof of the room, car park is not up to expectations. This hotel have insufficient car park for guess. Breakfast with very less variety and an over cooked vegetables. You will have more option to eat at hadyai Town area instead of taking the hotel breakfast packages.
