I chose this hotel because of the strategic location. Minutes walk to Kim Yong morning market, Lee Gardens, my fav massage place and my fav roadside kopitiam. Hotel doesn’t provide tea coffee facilities though. Overall it is a good stay .

The aircon is powerful and the water pressure is good. Room is clean and spacious. Location is very good. Next time, I need to bring my portable hot water boiler. The room doesn't provide a boiler.

If you're planning a stay in Hatyai, I sincerely recommend this hotel. One of the best in the main town area as the room I was in was spacious, clean and new. The hotel also has ample open air parking space. It is also a 5 minute walk to main tourist attractions in the area such as the Lee Gardens Night Market and Kim Yong Market. It's also close to a few 7-Elevens and plenty of eateries particularly at night. I will hopefully be returning here again when I vist Hatyai.

Enjoyed my stay with my family of 5 of 2 triple room. Their staff was absolutely friendly, helpful, attentiveness. Everytime we are near the hotel lobby, they will run towards and help you with the door or luggage. Room was sparkling clean, I cant see a stench of hair or dust around. Only thing that has to be improve is their Wifi connection. Overall is a great and pleasant stay. 4/5 star for them. If they would improve on their Wifi connection on my next visit, will definitely give them 5/5 star!
