"I visited Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay with my friends and we had an excellent time. All the staff were especially friendly an knowledgeable, the ocean view from our room was stunning, the food was great, and the activities fun and diverse. A gorgeous resort right on the beach with an array of amenities and services, I highly recommend it!"

"Was great had problem with hot water they fixed right away cook stoves do not work great but we didn't cook anyway would definitely be back thankyou ."

"This property is basically abandoned. There is no staff other than 1 person at the front desk. There is no pool staff or pool bar amenities. Rooms did not look stayed in for a really long time. Gate to beach was broken and looked like a Jail Cell. It was a very scary experience and we cancelled right away. I was disappointed that the hotel kept one night deposit of our reservation for an abandoned property. I would not recommend anyone staying there!!"
