"I expected more from a Hilton, especially since this property is only 5-6 years old. The building and rooms looked aged and rundown. First room was too small for our family of 4 with a broken TV, and when they offered an upgrade they charged us for it. At that point I was seriously considering booking an Airbnb instead. Second room had a broken fridge door. I do want to call out the maintenance person and cleaning lady — they were excellent, very nice and helpful every time. No beach...

"I felt we were very misled. The picture showed a very large swimming pool. The time we were there at the swimming pool was under construction, which is absolutely unbelievable. We should’ve been notified of that. I felt that the elevators were very dirty. The property is very dated and our Sweet had two bathrooms in one of the bathroom toilets totally leaked when flushing.. we ended up staying one night out of 9 and checking to another resort"
