"This is our second visit since covid. The place is wonderfully quiet and the pool is good. What lets it down is the hotel and pool area could do with some TLC (and a few quid spending on it). It's a little bit tired & the external appearance shows when you take a closer look. Broken soffits in the newer part and the pool needs to be refurbished before it starts to rot. there was no body wash in the changing rooms and no warning till it was too late. "A simple hotel in the middle of Stourbridge. Rooms are adequate in size, the bed is comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom. There was a problem with my room but it got sorted quickly and the staff were excellent. Small changes in the bathroom would help - a shelf above the sink so there's somewhere to put your stuff and similarly a soap dish in the shower would be really useful."

The hotel is in the middle of Shrewsbury so access to all areas is very easy . Good internet access and the bedroom comfortable with a bath as well. Evening meal the restaurant was also good. Would recommend this hotel."
