"Very nice clean, narrow corridors mind you. Nice big fat car park, reception staff never at their posts had to wait a few mins at times"

"I think small details are lacking in this place, they need a grounds person to tidy things up as it gives a bad impression even before you enter the hotel, then inside the furniture is very tired and the place needs a refresh. Staff were really good but let down by their hotel itself. Food was average at best!"

"Lovely place However, AC was not working and needed to be on when we arrived. Far to hot. When we tiried to turn on, it was broken. A fan was provided, which helped, . But as warmth is insured on arrival during colder days, AC needs the same consideration in the hotter temperatures"

Lots of steps to some rooms & around the grounds mean it’s difficult for people with mobility issues. The catering arrangements are ok with the Queens cafe food good but limited choice, seating feels like you are sitting in a corridor due to the open plan design. Breakfast buffet is ok but not very hot food & no tea available, with very limited...
