"The level of service was impeccable. Our flight arrived early in the morning and we were unable to check-in until later in the day. We could have easily decided to explore the city, but coming from Minnesota and having arrived on the "Red-Eye", we decided to lounge in the hotel. "Front desk people were very friendly and very accommodating. The many people who worked the breakfast room worked so hard yet were very friendly. The room cleaners were very nice and friendly. Hotel room was kept spotless as was the lobby and dinning rooms. The breakfast crew was excellent, Maria Jose, Juliana, Javiera, Anna and Willie. Esmeralda our room cleaner was really nice and friendly. We will be back very soon in the future. "
