"Karen at the front desk was absolutely amazing and helpful. We were just passing by and needed a place to crash but ended up staying two nights because we loved the hotel and found arrowhead to be a fun little town. Also dog friendly which was very helpful! Great place! Highly recommend!"

"The property needs major repairs, the booked cabin we reserved was not available and this is the second time this has happened. Hot tub had freezing cold water again. Poor cleaning and old rundown cabin along with everything in it. It’s under new ownership and unfortunately it seems like saving every penny is their priority and not an investment property. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Jetted tub was nice and hot. And clean. Fireplace was nice. Only come was that we weren't able to get any wifi during our 2 night stay which I understand being on a mountain. We still enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely recommend and book again."

"Very clean & quiet. Nice, basic, no frills. Older and a little worn, firm mattress in the King cabin. Nice to have a dedicated parking space. A short drive (not walking distance)from the village or grocery.
No onsite staff- just online registration and text messages with someone working remotely- so no recommendations for where to eat, get coffee etc.
Overall good value."

"Gorgeous location on Big Bear lake, helpful staff, large and fully equipped rooms (more like small apartments). We really enjoyed the balcony with table and chairs overlooking the lake."
