"It's located so far outside Samut Sakhon that you can't get a taxi or Grab. They just don't show up. I couldn't order Grab food either. Place not maintained properly. Even though i found old spider web in the bathroom ceiling, the room, towel and sheets felt clean. Bed is Asian hard and top covered with leather which makes it sticky when hot. Bathroom carpet was dirty. No water kettle to boil water. Big fridge and a small balcony. Cleaning, towels and water on request. No normal reception but a...

2/10 Terrible

"The room that was given was not cleaned properly. There was stuff on the walls, not sure blood or boogers, but there was dried stuff on the walls, the room smelled moldy and there was mold around the edges of an opening in the top, the bed had a yellow stain on the bedsheet, even though the sheets are supposed to be new and cleaned, and there was a cockroach in the room. I could go on, but will leave it at that. The pictures definitely did not reflect the room I agreed to and paid for."

"It’s right in the middle of everything, surrounded by outrageous 5-star hotels. This place is comfy, and so convenient. The kicker is a refreshing rooftop pool and bar that feels absolutely perfect at the end of a hot and sweaty Bangkok day! AC in the rooms works flawlessly, and it’s not too noisy as it’s set back a bit from the hustle and bustle of Soi 11."

"The room was spacious, clean and well proportioned. Toilet was of a good size, and had good amenities. Breakfast was good as well - good list of varieties. But more importantly, the staff was good. We managed to get an upgraded room, all the way to Level 30. Only bugbear, but nothing too serious - the lifts can be slow especially during peak periods - when it has to stop at multiple floors. But beyond this, all was good."
