The pristine condition of this hotel was simply stunning. However, the standout feature was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly friendly and even went so far as to pose for selfies with me.
Inside my room, all the amenities are of premium quality including soap, body lotion and also coffee machine, safety box, cool bar, ironing board set and the branded TOTO automated toilet bowl. There's also a dedicated flat sink for purified drinkable tap water. And to top it off, a new gym is on...

great stay and location in Ginza. We have booked for the family suite with pikachu theme. the room provided late check out till 7pm but apparently we need to inform them 3 days in advance. So they did not manage to give all our rooms for late check out, only one room given. Others are all very good.

Firstly, we arrived late and when we reached the hotel, we were greeted warmly. We were taken to our room at the top floor and the hotel staff greeted us so warmly. We have a awesome view oversea Tokyo and we could even see Mt. Fuji from our hotel.
The bed is so comfortable and we refuse to get up early. :) The room is spacious with a wardrobe room and the toilet is has a long bathtub where you can soak and watch TV as well.
