"Staff was very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make you feel right at home. Loved the cat that lived on property!! Dinner at on-site restaurant was phenomenal. Ann, property manager, and her team are wonderful. Would recommend to everyone. Would definitely stay there again!!"

"It's a perfect little hotel with 11 rooms right on the beach. Each room has a full-functioning kitchen that is well-stocked with all you need. You are a short walk away from all the best restaurants. Overall, it is highly recommended. "

"Overall a great room for the money, walking distance to the center of Orient bay and all the restaurants. Not far to Marigot if you have a car or take a taxi. Clean rooms and the staff was very good "

"This was my third stay at the Fantastic Guest House. It is a great little place to stay. The rooms are clean and functional, there is A/C and cable TV and a refrigerator in your room too. The bathrooms are nice also. My stay was great except for one small thing - my neighbours. Sadly, I was unknowingly staying next door to 2 or 3 rooms booked out to kids on some kind of trip. I had gotten in on a late flight from the UK and was really tired and a bit jet lagged. They arrived to the hotel...

"Nice location, beach and beach access across a small street. Good service and lite breakfast and coffee available in the morning. Room had more than a couple mosquitos."
