"The Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Property was well maintained and clean. From my check in upon checkout everything was good. I had a spa day, my masseuse ( Necorian) was great, I felt very relaxed and comfortable with her. The front desk staff, security and all staff were helpful, I even extended my stay an extra day just to do activities on the island. Overall great experience at this resort and on the island. 10/10 June 19-23. Extended to June 24."

"The property was a pleasant surprise. There was evident construction at the time of this review, but it did not interfere with the experience. The staff was friendly, but do beware of the sales pitch right after checking in. It’s a little annoying after a long travel day. They have good perks, but I prefer to get to the vacation rather than listen to the pitch. They have ample pools and shoreline, water sports, and recreation. "Sehr liebevolles, gepflegtes Hotel mit einem sehr aufmerksamen, überaus freundlichen und kompetenten Team. Der Strand ist wunderschön und weitläufig, sodass man jederzeit Ruhe genießen kann. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder besuchen und weiterempfehlen! Es gibt jede Menge Aktivitäten am Strand, wie z.B. Stand-Up-Paddeling und Schnorcheln, jedoch fehlte uns persönlich so etwas wie Tennis, was für uns das einzige Manko darstellte."

"My trip was a 10/10, the manager was very hospitable, and so was the supervisor. This place is hidden gem, and the grounds, with the three leveled pools, and close proximity to the beach were truly amazing. The staff were amazing, and the restaurant on site was great."

"This hotel is definitely a hidden gem as far as the location. The pool was clean and the hot tub was actually hot. The rooms are nice, we had a very pretty view of the ocean. Our wedding party had 8 rooms at the hotel. 4 of the 8 had issues that could not be resolved (severe ant problem in bathroom, standing water in tub, broken fan, no working plugs in room, no hot water, tv not working).
