"The property was clean and well maintained. Staff is very accommodating. However, they were redoing the resort, so half of the resort was closed off. So, restaurants to attend were limited. Room service can improve because when it arrived at your door, it was always cold and they had no microwaves."

"Everything about RIU is outstanding! Everyone was supper friendly and helpful. A special shout out goes to Toni-Ann who kept my room pristine, quickly exceeded expectations, and hands down has been the best housekeeper in all of my travel experiences. She is a true asset to RIU!"

"It will be beneficial to specify that the property is not a beachfront property and that there is a shuttle service to take you down to the beach as the shuttle service is available only from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Any times outside that window, you are on your own.
That is the only thing I would suggest ."

"if you have kids ages babies to I would say 12 this would be the ideal place , quaint intimate and gives parents especially SINGLE MOTHERS A break .They have snorkeling that comes with your stay, scuba if you want I think .. access to an amazing beach off the side of the property.. The food is great and they will work with your children food needs . Both of my children are autistic and Ms.Trudy who was their nanny was the most amazing person ever, my children who are 4.5 and 7.5 adores her and...

"My trip was a 10/10, the manager was very hospitable, and so was the supervisor. This place is hidden gem, and the grounds, with the three leveled pools, and close proximity to the beach were truly amazing. The staff were amazing, and the restaurant on site was great."
