"The Hotel was great, restaurant was nice. My bathroom had a safety rail on the wall behind the bath which was a safety hazard, it needs repairing before someone has a fall. Room 104."

No kitchen facility and room was on 4th floor when only one elevator was working and there is no sound or display in elevator that you know which floor you stopped. Lot of guest keep come out on wrong floor because of this. I dont recommend if you are traveling with children."

"I wasn't told about breakfast sign in and the procedure and if this was mentioned on arrival check in, it would make things easier and less complicated. Staff / Room service knocked on the door while I was brushing my teeth, 3 knocks, deep and 1sec later the door opened up, which I commented, do you always just come into rooms this quick? Where I got a reply, there was no answer so I thought no-one was in the room. I wash brushing my teeth but luckily not on the toilet having a #2 or walking...

"The reviews must be old found the shower tiles to have a slop that when wet made it quite slippery rest of bathroom quite ok bed abit averidge but ok for budget accom the breakfast is not to book cold bacon and powdered eggs and cold and hashbrowns cold and horrible the first staff just grunted at guests second staff much better and quite pleasant Breakfast served minus a spoon to eat it remind me never order breakfast when booking accom"
