"Their customer service is over and beyond what is expected. My husband doesn't walk well and we were able to hire a staff person to come to our room at 6am -- before this service usually starts -- load up our luggage, get my husband a wheelchair and get us through all the logistical requirement that Charles de Gaulle airport throws at you to board a plane. They made our departure so easy and painless. I will always book a room here when I'm traveling from Paris."

"Great location! Staff was excellent. Breakfast was okay. Restaurant in front of hotel was excellent! We walked to the mall too! We paid for the hotel shuttle for our family of 4 to go to airport, only to learn it would’ve been cheaper to book an uber! "

"The property is safe and convenient to airport and train station to go anywhere. The shopping mall close by was a 10 minute walk and had many wonderful stores. There are other shopping malls close by but require a ride/uber/taxi. Hotel also offers free shuttle to and from airport/train at CDG. Staff is also very helpful. "

"The shuttle from hotel to airport didn't run past 10.30 am. Super weird. We took an Uber which was totally fine too. Otherwise great! Great breakfast, great space, great beds."
