"Staff at the resort were amazing. From the front desk staff to the life guards all were nice amd always had a smile on their faces. Not to forget helpful. The property was clean and very well kept. The rooms on the other hand were a bit dated The bathroom definately needs some work done. Overall our stay was pleasant. "

"This resort is unacceptable for a Hyatt property. On the positive side, the design of the pool itself was great for the area, and one of the few properties with a lazy river. The water temperature was refreshing. Beyond that, not much to like. For context, we stayed here on weekdays. The service here was terrible and unacceptable for this type of resort. The restaurants were significantly understaffed, with extremely slow service for both bar and restaurants. Housekeeping and bell desk...

"Pros: Large room was very clean when we arrived; delicious breakfast; bikes; mist machines at the pool; excellent margaritas. Cons: Lumpy uncomfortable beds; thin walls; dirty A/C and bathroom fans; pool water, pool deck and loungers not clean; gross smell in hallways; understaffed restaurant. Overall this is an aging property with bright paint and furnishings to mask its imperfections. The price was fair but we were not very comfortable."

"We stayed in Queens Bedroom with balcony at springs pool tower. The corridor seemed to be dusty, the carpet seem to be old and so was the look of the room espcially the back wall. However, th amenities nd activities outside of the room were engaging."

"The property is older and some parts of it are run down (like the pillows of the pool cabanas), but our family of 4 had a relaxing time spending 3 nights here. The price was inflated because of Cochella, so it was probably not worth $399 per night for 2 queen beds. There wasn't much ventilation in the bathroom, so it got kind of musty in there and the property is so massive it was a long walk to the lobby. I would recommend if you can get the regular rate ($135/night) and not have to pay up...
