"Loved the resort but the accommodations like having the new functional pool furniture up front by the pool would have been helpful. Instead they placed the broken loungers upfront where no one used them because you can literally fall thru the bottom. And they placed the new stuff in the very back of the pool area????"

"It’s a great hotel for families. The pools are great, the highlight of the trip. I wish I’d seen them clean the pool throughout the day. Unless they do and I just didn’t see it. But there were so people all day long. If you want a chair you have to go early to save. The hotel may be going through remodeling but it was a little dated. But the rooms are spacious. Once it’s fully renovated it’s a great hotel! Being that it was a family hotel, I wish they’d given the optional for continental...
