"Check in staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Hotel is undergoing some renovations, but well managed. Our room had a nice view over the beach and everything worked. Only comment is water pressure is low in the shower and basin."

"Our stay was unfortunately overshadowed by a very unpleasant check-in experience. The front desk lady who checked us in never smiled once and appeared unhappy and unfriendly throughout the entire interaction. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that her attitude seemed noticeably different when serving other Western guests. She was warm and welcoming to them, but cold and dismissive toward us as Asian guests. In addition, several reasonable requests were immediately rejected....

"I liked that tram was right next to it the hotel, was convenient to go shopping the room I stayed had a nice view of some parts of the beach, Staff were friendly welcoming and helpful, 5 to 10min walk close to beach, restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was average the variety of the basics it was convenient to have and go to our daily activities"

"Easy to find with paid parking available. Room was quite spacious and decent for the price. Location was good, walkable to many tourist places such as South Bank and good food nearby."

"Great breakfast, comfortable bed, small but functional bathroom, great body wash, tv was quite small. A couple of blocks south of main Surfers action but literally only a few mins walk. Overall would definitely stay again."
