"Pleasantly surprised given the negative reviews. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great reception and concierge, very helpful. Despite what some people say the restaurant served high quality food for both breakfast and dinner. The service was quick and attentive without being too on your face. Every member of staff we met were friendly. Our room no 2 was well positioned for the pool, bar and restaurant. The icing on the cake are the views which are spectacular. "Our room was really comfortable. It was so clean, too. We chose a garden view so we could see wildlife, and we were not disappointed. Every morning we had capuchin and howler monkeys. I saw and heard macaws as they flew by, and the path to the beach was just a few steps from our room."

"Everything about the room and property was wonderful. I can't say enough of how thoughtfully well appointed was the room. They thought of everything in anticipation of guests needs, including sensors, unlimited coffee and lighting.
The staff was incredible and especially the reception attendant Caleb, who helped us with sights and restaurant suggestions. Will be back if we come this way again. Thanks guys, keep up the great work!"
