"Such a beautiful property! Absolutely loved staying here and experiencing this area of Costa Rica. The room was nice and clean with air conditioning. The property it self was stunning with all the plants and walking to breakfast was peaceful every morning. The included breakfast was delicious! They switch a few things up each day which was nice and even had someone making omelets or waffles. The hot springs are in multiple areas and one has a swim up bar attached which was really relaxing....

"The view from our room was amazing, could not be beat. Bed was comfortable, bathroom had everything we needed. Pools were nice but could have been a touch warmer for our liking. Dinner, drinks and breakfast all very good but above all staff and service was exceptional. We look forward to staying there again."

"This was by far the best resort we’ve ever stayed at. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Tony, from TreeTops Grill, always went above and beyond. He was always so kind. Lenny, our housekeeper, always brought a smile to our face with her cute towel decorations. This will be our go to resort! There is so much to explore and do at this resort. "

"The quality of the service has dramatically decrease. The staff at the receptions are not locals and their knowledge of the hospitality world is null, this was the worst check in and check out process. Not long ago, this was one of the best boutique hotels in Puntarenas. The place is beautiful, the staff seems they don’t care their job. The restaurant is expensive and they are not willing to make small changes in the menu even if the price is 4x what you will pay on average in any other...
