Cari Hotel di Puerto Plata

"Food was not the greatest, paid for a dinner by the beach which I paid $180 food was terrible and service was even worse. Bedroom was outdated and bathroom was terrible.. shower wouldn't even work and had a water leak in room..most of the staff were nice but our server for our dinner at the beach was terrible. Power went out a few times.. would I stay there again or recommend it absolutely not"

"Unos de los mejores resort"

"Great buffet! Love the desserts!. They have good activities through out the day starting at 10:00 am. At night great music. We had one night DJ second night live music."

"Water almost killed me"

"The hotel is very nasty, people treat you bad, and they sell something that they won’t provide to make you take a membership in order to be comfortable with the bare minimum, the food it’s terrible and don’t represent Dominican culture. Juices are not natural and they open the door to us, before the time of checkout"

"It is a great place. Food is amazing, beach is great and the staff is friendly."

"My experience was very pleasant—great service, shows, and a tranquil atmosphere. I would recommend adding more variety to the buffet and including seafood. The restaurants that require reservations are excellent. Go for it!"

"A nice hotel, very clean. Very friendly staff. Big rooms, high ceiling, A/C. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars but the restaurant, really drags this hotel down. Extremly long wait to receive our meals, cold. 45 minutes to 1 hour to wait for breakfast. Also, internet did not reach all the bed rooms which was annoying. Not major but still something to mention. Besides that, everything this hotels brings up is great"

"The staff was great"

"Everything was amazing!! The staff were exceptional!!! Definitely will be coming back!!!"

"En servicio al cliente son mil de mil, la propiedad está bien hermosa e higiénica y después que se termine de remodelar va estar mil de mil"

"The front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the room was also infested with flies, and we had to deal with them throughout the entire night. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. I expected a much higher level of cleanliness and professionalism from the hotel."
