Jhonny and esmerlin were very helpful. They took the time to cater to my family and I and were very attentive and social about our needs. They did their part to make sure our experience was very relaxing. Staff was very supportive and helpful in explaining things around the area and times and locations of things not just inside the facility but outside as well.

Our stay at Punta Rucia Lodge was great, we’ve been here multiple times and we love it every time the beaches are clean and safe hardly any foot traffic. The large staff are very attentive and great people and always made us feel welcome. I highly recommend Punta Rucia Lodge if you’re someone looking for a good time to relax, it’s also super close to Cayo Arena and not too far from Montecristi, the staff were very helpful setting up our travel arrangements. The hotel manager is doing a great job with this hotel. We appreciate all his services and attention.

We had a wonderful stay at Punta Rucia Lodge. The food was excellent, and the views and beach were absolutely beautiful. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The only downside was the bed, which was quite hard, and the pillows were too flat for my liking. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the lodge for its beautiful location, great food, and friendly staff.

To wake up in this magical place was amazing and the hotel makes it a better experience because of the location. There is not too much to do in Punta Rucia. My only disappointment was the wait at the restaurant, however the servers were outstanding.

This boutique hotel has great customer service. Everyone that works there is super kind and pleasant. I really liked that I was able to book my trip to Cayo Arenas through the hotel. It is a very relaxing place great for vacationing.

I had a 5-star experience from the moment I walked through the doors! The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. When we arrived at the hotel, Sadiel at the front desk welcomed us with warm greetings and invited us to enjoy some welcome drinks. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The entire hotel team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Our waiter, Johny, was also fantastic and provided excellent service. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious. Overall, we had an amazing experience from beginning to end. The hospitality, service, beautiful atmosphere, and delicious food made our stay truly memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love how cozy and inviting the hotel was. The staff greets you immediately upon entering, they are very friendly. Being able to Lounge by the pool with adequate seating as well as many options for seating on the beach was a humongous plus. This hotel offers you privacy, Tranquility as well as feeling very intimate. The dinner options were also phenomenal.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The food, hospitality, beaches, sunsets, and excursion made this one of our most memorable trips. This is the perfect place for a truly relaxing vacation—there’s no rush of daily life, just a peaceful atmosphere where you can fully unwind. Although the journey to get there is long, it’s completely worth it and even offers a glimpse of the local community along the way. The staff consistently made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We can’t wait to return!

This place is beautiful and the staff is super friendly and helpful.. property outdoor is kept well.. however when we got to the room, my sheets seemed to be used.. the bed sheets had pasta sauce on them and the bathroom smelled like it had dry pee and it was not washed since the last guests had left. The bathroom conditioner dispenser was not working, when i alerted the front desk, this was addressed immediately. Breakfast was phenomenal… from the french pressed coffee to the 3 Golpes.. Lunch and dinner were not included in the rate, but delicious.. best Ribeye steak i have ever had. Definitely worth the money.. i do think they meed to be more on top of the rooms.. the place is so unique and beautiful and it could be at the next level.. i would definitely go back..

This lodge felt like an all inclusive. The staff were very attentive. The king bed was comfortable, excellent water pressure in the shower. Good breakfast on order. Supper was for hotel guests only, seating around the pool. The grounds were well maintained, many beach chairs, the water shallow for a long way. We would go again.
