"Overall, we had a great stay. We arrived at 2 PM and requested early check-in because the hotel is about 30 minutes from the city and I had a 3 PM doctor’s appointment, and we didn’t want to travel back and forth with our luggage. Early check-in required an extra fee, which was the only downside. Otherwise, everything was excellent."

"We fell in love with our 1 bedroom apartment. It was beautiful and had a spectacular view of the ocean. The staff was so friendly, helpful and kind. We only got a couple of the staff’s names but one was Wairy in the office and she answered all of our questions and helped us rebook the same apartment for March. The young fella who checked us in was helpful and so nice. He was always smiling. We had difficulty with the safe and the tv. He came back to our room immediately to try to remedy the...

"Great staff and beach."

"Absolutely loved staying here. We went with two little kids. It was perfect. Crib was clean and new, sofa bed perfect for toddler or bigger kids too if you have them. Breakfast was great, everyone so friendly. This will be our official stay whenever we go visit family. Oh and best bar. Taking drinks up at night after the kids were down was the cherry on top."

"I could not have stayed at a better place. It is a farm with over 200 hundred acres. Walking through it is like being in paradise. It has plenty of fruit trees, beautiful flowers and animals. The place was super clean, it has hot water, the service was excellent. It was very calm and relaxing, a true gem of Puerto Plata. "
