"Tutto perfetto"

"La qualité n'est pas digne d'un établissement 4 étoiles. La literie était inconfortable, certainement dû à son âge avancé. En effet notre fils a dû dormir assis sur leur canapé lit tellement les ressorts étaient saillants. Quant à nous le matelas avait la forme des usagers passés. Il y avait des traces de moisissure dans la salle de bain. La moquette dans les parties communes ainsi que les sièges du restaurant étaient eux aussi tâchés. Le restaurant n'est clairement pas à la hauteur d'un tel...

"The only positive! The pool was clean for my daughter and my grandchildren. The waiters in the restaurant working hard in this heat, and catered for our needs. The dinner was good. Unfortunately thats it! Breakfast was awful and no choices to cater for all needs. Everything else was a big let down and shocking to say the least. The rooms were disgraceful, so many things broken and unclean and for the prices I paid too for two rooms. Those rooms should be out of bounds! Let alone dangerous with...

"È come il paradiso qui. È il posto più rilassante e tranquillo in cui sia mai stato. Il personale è estremamente attento, molto gentile e paziente con la traduzione. Sembra di essere in un sogno quando sei qui. Il cibo è delizioso ogni boccone. Le camere sono affascinanti. La sabbia è così morbida. L'acqua è così limpida e calda. "Sehr schönes Hotel, Zimmer sind sauber, leider zu klein, zu wenig zum ablegen. Wir hatten das Zimmer über der Küche, stank nach frittierten Fisch dauerhaft. Das Hotel vermietet die Räumlichkeiten an andere Events wie Hochzeiten, Junggesellen Abschied etc. Sehr unangenehm, belästigend und Drohnen in der Luft eher unpassend. Werde es nicht empfehlen können. Das Essen zwar teuer aber sehr gehoben und lecker 👌"

"Breakfast ok.ish! Pool OK but only because we were the only guests in the hotel! Staff were ok until problems arose ... management were dreadful.. Cleanliness... well I slept for the first 2 nights on a filthy matress infested with bed bugs. "

"Ho soggiornato al Plana Resort. Camere a dir poco fatiscenti con peli e polvere dappertutto. Pagata piu di 100€ a notte ma non ne vale neanche 30€. Tanta sponsorizzazione questi "Laghi Nabi" ma non ne vale davvero la pena per ciò che si paga. Strutture mal tenute nel complesso. Unica nota positiva é la colazione, molto ricca e abbondante con prodotti di qualità. Per il resto é tutto un "attira allodole". Che delusione, peccato."

"This establishment shouldn't be classified as a hotel. The navy should be ashame in accepting bookings for this trash. Staff on night duty very unattended after 10pm. Someone needs to monitor this place to relxed!! Navy lodge bathrooms have been nasty since my tour here 2016 and I have made a couple of visits on my to other location in Europe. Please let's do better."

"Ce qui nous a le plus plu c’est la chambre mais avec une climatisation trop bruyante car on était obligé de l’éteindre de temps en temps,nous empêchant de dormir. Le petit déjeuner était moyen car les jus de fruits n’étaient pas bon à notre goût , très artificiel à améliorer. Le personnel de l’hôtel était froid,mes enfants n’ont profité de la piscine que 2 fois, notre premier jour d’arrivée et le dernier jour de sortie car nous avons changé d’hôtel pour aller à Napoli central plus pratique pour...
