Less than 10 minutes to get downtown Sorrento via shuttle made it easy to go shop and enjoy a bite to eat, yet offers the seclusion of peace upon return. It was a lot of water and a hard process. We informed the front desk staff but nothing was done. They only sent more towels to dry the floor"
