"Excellent service"

"We stay 3 nights and 4 days and everytime we ge had our breakfast theres an issue on us regarding wearing bedroom dresses. They call our attention about wearing bedroom slippers but we saw some other guest wearing theirs(foreigner). Is it because they are foreigners so they are exempted? we extend a day expecting to have a free breakfast We fall in line early to have our breakfast but we are surprised that our name are not included. "The staffs provide excellent customer service! They are so kind, polite,professional and help me whatever I need. They booked transportation to airport and keep track of timing. Also the staff at restaurant on roof top 5th floor are excellent and the view is amazing. Thankyou for the hospitality and definitely will recommend this hotel to family and friends!"

"They served me a cold hamburger that was raw in the middle. I asked for medium well done. That means warm center. This burger was stone cold, the beef fat had almost re-solidified and the center was RAW and cold. They charged me nearly $20 USD for that disaster burger. "

"unlike its counterpart in Edsa Manila this unit was chalk to cheese . On arrival we were upgraded by a most pleasant Asst Manager and throughout the stay the staff could not have been more helpful. The Manager was clearly in control and professionalism shone throughout the entire complex. We would highly recommend "

"Hotel 101 Pasay was crowded when I check in. Have security check before driver turning into lobby for safety check. Bell boy was very friendly and quick in response, and offered to help deliver my luggage to the room even though it is just a small cabin baggage and there’s still many guest around.
