Went 2 days without replacing towels, emptying bins even though the room information advised this was daily, and had no door hanger to request services. "Great stay! The hotel is clean and the staff are excellent. Having a complimentary airport shuttle was a huge plus. The only downside was the shower pressure—it was a bit too aggressive for me—but otherwise, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again."
