"The Pangulasian Island Resort was prepared/well organized for our arrival to the resort (group of 5 including a 22 month old baby). First of all, there was the welcoming group arrival & departure greetings. Secondly, the resort made extra effort to locate our luggages misplaced by the airline that handled our transfer from the airport to the Lio Jetty.
