"The pool was lovely, the air conditioning wasn’t working well. The beds had comforters on them but it was 90+ degrees with faulty air conditioning. The hallways were noisy with other guests. The staff was kind, helpful and attentive."

"Such a wonderful stay! All the staff were very welcoming, polite & helpful. The room was spacious and clean with an air conditioner that worked well. The onsite restaurant called ASH was so delicious & such big portions. The food here was probably one of the best meals we ate during our visit to the Philippines. They just drop the food without any confirmation. Our bathroom on the first day got clogged, and had someone come in to unclog it. This happened on the first day. "Do not stay at this property. The photos are outdated and very misleading. Upon arrival, the building looked abandoned and unsettling. The room we were initially assigned was not safe or suitable for sleeping—there were many mosquitoes, and the bathroom was unsanitary. We requested a room transfer and were asked to pay additional money. Even after transferring, the new room still had mosquitoes. Both my child and I ended up with numerous mosquito bites.
