"The place is tucked away off the roads so it feels isolated and away from the hustle of the surrounding streets. The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. We ate a few times at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. The wifi is only available near the main area and not in the rooms, the kids took full advantage of the pools, both pool areas were well maintained. "I booked 3 rooms and 1 room is pretty small so I upgraded one. The door knobs are so hard to open, these are important to the tourists. There’s cockroaches in one room. The piano needs to be tuned up. The food selections are not that long but half of the list is not available especially the local food selections. These should be fully stocked than the international food. "

"The room was sufficient, but the bathroom definitely needed to be reworked. There is no hot running water. There is no real pressure for the shower. So I had to use the bucket and a kettle that was provided by the hotel to heat up my water so I wasn’t taking a cold bucket bath. There were also about a dozen ants inside the bathroom that I spotted. If anything, the bathroom can certainly be upgraded. The area around the property is very noisy with traffic.
