"We stayed at this hotel for 7 days and found it to be convenient option given its proximity to Robinson mall. The staff, particularly those at the café were exceptional in their attentiveness to guest's needs. The breakfast buffet offered selection of local dishes with a different menu each day. However, the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom fell short of expectation. I spotted a dead fly on the floor on the first day and remained there throughout our stay despite of requests...

"The room has 3 locking doors before you're inside though the last door, the big sliding door for the room, the lock did not latch. The striker was damaged and nobody bothered to flip it around or bend it back into shape. There were numerous items I could say that nobody bothered to fix. Most issues could have been resolved with a screw driver. Loose bathroom faucet, half clogged showerhead, door locks were a joke, aircon was a literal waterfall and constantly needed a pail underneath, living...

"There was a balcony on with a pool view which was nice according to Rahim Charles. It is a good place to stay not far from Centro Mall snd Shakeys Pizza. Parking is ok."

"This resort could be wonderful. However, a lack of investment (and histroical typhoon damage) shows in dilapidated buildings and a sub par experience compared to other "luxury" resorts. But it's a good place to be, excellent location with a lovely resort team with some drawbacks that are good to be aware of before arriving: access is only by boat (P.1500 return each), no hot water in room, food options limited/no beer after 1st day, room did not lock as doors broken, island hopping was expensive...

"We had a good stay overall. The place was nice. However, we were disappointed by the security deposit, as this additional fee was not clearly disclosed on the site. We only found out about it afterward when we check-in, which was unexpected and inconvenient, especially since we were traveling cashless and relying only on cards and online payments. It would be better if the security deposit (in cash) were clearly stated in the listing beforehand so guests can be properly informed and prepared."

"There were actually in the process of cleaning one of the pools but gave us access to another pool those actually more private and wave some fees for us excellent place great staff excellent food extremely clean nice rooms i'll definitely be going back"
