"Clean rooms and helpful staff - this is a common theme of decent hotels in Peru. The location is excellent and the room was highly functional. One caveat: entrance for people with mobility issues is poor. I wouldn't expect this of older buildings in Cusco but Lima? This should be a bit better. (I'm personally very grateful to be in good physical form most days but this concern should be more forward in a highly touristed destination.) I will stay here again"

"Excellent 4-star plus hotel with VIP check-in. Grateful for 1 hour late checkout. Breakfast buffet wasn't anything special. A few annex rooms are acessed oddly through the restaurant, but staff show you the way. I would skip any overpriced massage services. There are a hundred alternatives within a few blocks. Same with laundry services, unless you have money to burn."

The property is a 30-minute walk/$2 Uber ride to the Plaza de Armas—as a solo female traveler, I felt comfortable and enjoyed walking into town during the day, and was able to get quick Ubers every night.
