"We had a wonderful stay with my family and my parents, the hotel is incredibly well located, and the stuff is super knowledgeable and incredibly polite. We had a wonderful day. I recommend this hotel for anybody that wants to visit the wonderful area of Puno, by the way, the sunrise is in this hotel are the best in the area."

"incredible experience, the room is so beautiful. we were very grateful to our host and his family for their time and their wonderful support. meals were delicious and they catered so so well to our last minute request for vegetarian meals. 100% perfect all around, so recommended!!"

"Great location for Candelaria festivity. I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of choices offered at breakfast. Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent, as it is within walking distance of the Plaza de Armas and many restaurants. I also truly appreciated the staff, who were very attentive to all of our questions."

"We had to beg to have the room cleaned daily and to have towels and toilet paper. They looked offended we asked. They came once to clean the room and we were taking a late afternoon nap. The came in without knocking at the door… Don’t take a bath the water smells like sulfur or rotten eggs. If you take shower, be aware your TP is going to be soaking wet and that the whole floor is going to be wet also. The soap / shampoo distributors are not in the shower, but 5 ft away! We were sold a room...

"I stages 3 nights. At the first night I had to take a shower in médium-low temperature. I said it at the woman at the main office. Day 2 they changed my room for another which the hit water was ok… she never mentionnes that I Will have to pay the extras. At the Check-out , surprise I had to pay 300 soles to cover it. I asked the women Why and they couldnt answer me. So I paid it and i’m still looking for a refund of theses abusives fées. "

"バスで朝早く着いて、宿に行くと部屋に案内されました。親切でやってくれていると思ったら、支払いの際にアーリーチェックインしたから、と言って宿泊代の半額分を割増請求されました。アーリーチェックインとかお金がかかるとか、一切説明がなくて、ただ部屋に通されただけなので、代金を要求されてショックでした。親切なスタッフだったのに、この点がとても残念です。それからスタッフは英語を話せないこと、さらにはWi-Fiが使えなかったことがとてもマイナスでした。"
